Welcome to our website
Welcome to Honda DIY.com, your #1 site for all of your Honda Do-It-Yourself projects and "How To" guides. Take a look around and enjoy the site!
Mission
Our goal here at Honda DIY.com is to create a centralized, comprehensive "database" for all of your Honda automotive needs. The main focus of the site will originally be on Do-It-Yourself (DIY) and "How To" guides ranging from general maintainence and repairs to extreme "tuner" modifications. Much of the information will be based around more popular models that I have first hand experience with such as civics, integras, s2000's, etc., but we will try to "generalize" the guides so that the basic principles can be applied to mostly all Honda models and even other makes.
As the website progresses and grows we hope to incorporate more technical information, specifications, general automotive principles and physics, Honda history and news, etc. etc.
Visitor's Feedback, Requests, and Contributions
This website was created for you and your fellow Honda enthusiasts. The site's purpose is to help teach you about your Honda and guide you through working on it. With that in mind, we encourage you to leave any feedback (good or bad) on how we can improve the site, any "how to" requests, or general additions that you would like to see. We would like to make this site as helpful and user friendlly as possible.
Contributions..
We welcome and greatly appreciate any contributions from readers and fellow Honda enthusiasts that have enjoyed our site or found it helpful. There are 3 forms of contributions that are extremely beneficial and that will help me better this site.
- Increasing Traffic- Help make the website well known and increase visitors via word of mouth, social networks, blogs, forums, etc.
- Contributing DIY/How To Articles- Want to contribute your knowledge and "how to" tutorials to the site? Send me an email with your tutorial and I will post it on the website. So that I can provide credit for the article, please let me know what information you would like me to include.
- Monetary- WAIT, before you skip right over this option, did you know that you can make a monetary contribution to the site without it coming out of your own wallet?
- Ads- The FREE and easiest way to make a $$ contribution. By simply clicking on any ad on my website, you can contribute up to $2 for free (yes it costs you nothing but 1 click of the mouse). You don't have to follow the advertisement or do anything else, you can close the ad as soon as it opens and you'll still be contributing to the website.
- Donate via paypal- If you desire you can also make a donation through paypal to help better the site.
- Sponsors- Like the site? Want to support the website and display your company/website's name? Email me for sponsoring.
Note about Donations: Every type of donation is equally appreciated and beneficial for bettering Honda DIY.com. Monetary contributions are not requested for a "get rich quick" scheme. These contributions will be put towards bettering the website. By having additional funding I will be able to acquire my own domain, upgrade to larger storage space, be able to invest more time and effort into the site, and possibly hire additional help for the site as it grows.
